HOW TO MAKE AND SEND A SUBMISSION

Your single image. Send one jpeg image saved with the specifications listed below along with your text.
A minimum
of 100 words but as many as you like.

Your project or zine. Send up to six jpeg images saved with the specifications listed below along with your text. As many words as you like but a minimum of 300.

Book and exhibition reviews. Send us your reviews of any books or exhibitions, as many words you like and with up to five jpeg images if you have them.

Articles and inspiration. Have your say and share your ideas. This is the open section where you can send us any article you want to write. Send it along with or without images, as you wish.

When submitting please tell us a little about yourself, your photography and any website or social media links you might like us to add.

Image upload requirements:

JPG files saved to a quality of 10 or the maximum possible.

300ppi resolution.

Convert to CMYK if possible.

Rename your files so that your full name preceeds the file name. (your name - filename.jpg)

Text files should be compatible with Microsoft Word.


Send your submissions using WeTransfer. It is free, easy to use, no need to register and you can send us up to 2GB, which should be plenty.

When you open wetransfer.com you will see this form.
Enter klick@klickmagazine.com in the Email to box.
Then your email address in the next box.
For the Title please enter either Single, Project, Review or Article, depending on what you are submitting.
In Message please give a very brief description of your submission.
To upload your jpeg and text files click the blue cross at top left.
Then click Transfer and follow the instructions.

Copyright:

At all times you will retain the full copyright of your images. All images submitted must be your own work and you must be the sole author and owner of copyright. It is your responsibility to ensure that your work complies with ownership and copyright requirements.

Klick Magazine reserves there right to edit and alter submitted text to suit its editorial needs.

Any images submitted must not be in breach of any UK legislation or regulations. If there is reason to believe your entry is not your own work or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions, then your submission will not be considered.

Feedback:

Due to the high numbers we can not guarantee that we will personally get back to you on your submission. We will contact you only if and when we decide to go forward with your submission in one of the future editions of the magazine.

Consent:

By submitting your work you agree and consent that all of the photographs and written content submitted by you will be used by the Klick Magazine editorial team for the internal reviewing process of your work.

Once accepted you consent to Klick Magazine using your images and written work in the print and digital versions of the magazine and for use in its website (klickmagazine.com), social media, newsletters and any other media relevant to Klick Magazine.
